US6003 uses ultrasound technology to detect vehicles. The sensor can measure vehicles’ height and classify them (based on their height) in 3 classes (light vehicles, vans, heavy vehicles).

US6003 is a simple but accurate sensor, strong and suitable for outdoor environments.

VERSIONS

US6003 series is produced in different versions:

· US6003-0 sensor with serial line output RS 232 and RS485

· US6003-1 sensor with relay output (1 contact)

· US6003-2 sensor with 2 relay output (2 contacts) which allows to preset two heights

INSTALLATION

Ultrasound sensors must be installed above the centre of the lane, at an height between 5 and 7 meters.
